Excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety professional with a construction background to join a reputable construction company specialising in the landscaping sector with the chance to work on notable projects, take ownership of the role, have a varied workload both office and site based alongside a generous salary and package.
On offer is the chance to take a lead role within a business where you will be responsible for HSEQ across the sites, office and plant nurseries, allowing you to make the role your own and take ownership of the position.
This well-established company specialise in commercial landscaping working on a variety of interesting projects including rooftop and bespoke gardens, iconic builds such as The Shard, as well as varying projects for Barratts and Berkeley Homes. Having been established for over 30 years this business are reputable within the industry, have a progressive company culture and have steady growth plans to continue their presence and growth in the sector. In light of this they are looking for an HSEQ Advisor to join the team.
In this role you will be based from the Egham office working between the office and sites located within the M25. You will be responsible for visiting and overseeing sites and the business plant nurseries, you will conduct toolbox talks, write risk assessments, method statements, complete ISO audits, oversee and improve policies, complete inductions and refresher training with staff as well as ensuring all accreditations are renewed. This is a stand alone role offering autonomy and a chance to take ownership of the position.
This role would suit a Health and Safety Professional from a construction background who is NEBOSH/IOSH qualified, personable, presentable and professional.
