You will handle enquiries, complaints, and Freedom of Information requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping. You’ll engage with customers both internally and externally across multiple platforms, providing excellent service in all communications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
Lead the handling of customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement:
Deliver high-quality service through written, verbal, and digital communication channels.
  • Administrative Support:
Support financial, administrative, and reporting functions within the team to keep operations running smoothly.
