THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for delivering an exciting array of events!

A broad role, responsibilities will include:

  • Experience working on B2B events
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Negotiation with suppliers to ensure best prices without compromising on quality
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Liaison with contractors, suppliers, and exhibitors
  • Day to day liaison with internal teams
  • Attending the event on the day to ensure it runs smoothly

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will be keen and passionate about events - this is an opportunity to really make a difference and grow their events offering! You must be able to work withing a team and would benefit from experience working on B2B events.
