Description

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives
Lead a team of financial professionals to deliver on financial targets
Partner with colleagues in sales, marketing and supply chain and present financial information in a concise and understandable manner
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and business profitability
Facilitate cross-departmental communication to support business decisions
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will have:

Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Proven experience as a Finance Manager ideally within the FMCG industry or in a sales and marketing led business
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
