A little more information about the responsibilities in the role:

  • Assist in creating, implementing, and sustaining a robust planning and analysis system to empower the UK & Ireland leadership team with the necessary analytical reports and tools for evaluating and gauging business performance.
  • Conduct reviews and provide assistance in preparing the monthly leadership dashboard reports, encompassing financial and operational aspects. This facilitates the leadership in evaluating current performance and making informed decisions crucial for the business.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and execute the annual UK & Ireland Operating Plan process in alignment with the Global timetable.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and deliver an accurate and resilient quarterly forecast, including an assessment of the business outlook until the quarter's end. Offer key insights into potential future risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Establish, implement, and uphold a comprehensive long-term planning model to facilitate strategic business planning, aiding the leadership team in making mid to long-term commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate as a Business Partner with all UK & Ireland Business Units, offering financial and commercial support. Ensure Finance's involvement in all major projects and initiatives.
