This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage adviser who has successfully managed introducer relationships and a team of advisers. If you enjoy leading and developing a team, working closely with introducers, and driving sales performance, this opportunity offers a competitive salary, bonuses based on performance, and a hybrid working model.

This firm is an established mortgage and protection business, operating for over 10 years with over forty advisors nationwide. With them being a whole of market business, you can provide your clients with a wide range of solutions to match their specific needs. Due to business levels and the amount of leads they're seeing coming in, they are looking to grow and work with more experienced advisors and as soon as possible. With the fantastic model they have established over the years, some of the biggest business writers in mortgages/protection work here.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of mortgage advisers and managing relationships with key introducers. You’ll be visiting branches twice a week, ensuring advisers are actively engaging with introducers and delivering results.

A typical week will include:

  • Coaching and developing advisers, conducting weekly 1-1 meetings to track performance and provide guidance.
  • Monitoring sales targets, including mortgage conversion, protection penetration, and fee generation.
  • Building relationships with introducers, providing performance updates and insights.
  • Supporting new advisers, ensuring they are fully trained and integrated into the team.
  • Managing branch presence, ensuring advisers are attending meetings and maximising lead opportunities.
  • Creating a high-energy team environment, celebrating success and maintaining motivation.
