The Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exams are carried out fairly and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting examinations according to exam board and school regulations
- Maintain the security of exam papers and materials before, during, and after exams
- Set up exam rooms and ensure they meet required standards
- Admit students, distribute exam papers, and answer any queries
- Supervise students throughout the exam to ensure no disruptions
- Deal with emergencies or irregularities and report them to the senior invigilator
- Attend training and refresher sessions as required
