One of our clients are currently on the look out for a 'Repairs Administrator' to work out of there head office in Leatherhead.
You will be working for one of the leading property maintenance organisations who specialise in the servicing and maintenance of gas central heatinng and hot water services.
Previous admin experience is desired and there will be several oppotunities for progression within the company.
You will be completing follow on reports from appointments and booking out any further work that is needed such as parts appointments or power flushes, and also ordering parts and raising purchase orders for different branches.
You will also be responsible for allocating engineers to jobs and will be taking calls from engineers and or residents to reschdule appointments as necessary.
