We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Partnership Leader to join our ICT Team, this role can be based at any of THPT Secondary Schools; Oxted School, Three Rivers Academy, Howard of Effingham School or Thomas Knvyett College. This position will oversee the Helpdesk Team and THPT engineer ensuring an effective and efficient operation of Partnership ICT support to include hardware, software and housekeeping ensuring the smooth running of the service. Ideally you will have had experience in managing people, in addition, previous experience of working within a school environment is desirable but is not essential.

The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) is a Multi-Academy Trust, comprising four secondary, six primary schools and three special schools, with plans in progress for a further special school. The distinctive feature of THPT is that the schools within our MAT all retain their own unique features in order to meet the needs of the communities which they serve. You will also be working closely with Partnership Heads, Senior Leadership Teams and the Executive Leadership Team, and colleagues to ensure ICT support teams actively supports ICT across the curriculum. The leader role is a high collaboration role sharing good practices, policies and procedures within the teams and working closely, supporting other ICT School Leaders across the team. There is the expectation that this role will include travelling to other schools within the Trust, working with other Leaders.

This is full-time role working from 8am to 4pm with an unpaid lunch break.
