Our client, an innovative company in their field is currently looking for a QMS Systems Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a QMS Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the Quality Management System meets the highest industry standards. You will be responsible for maintaining the QMS, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
  • Supporting internal and external audits, managing audit documentation and corrective/preventive actions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS processes are effective and align with business needs
  • Managing and resolving QMS-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards


Requirements

  • Proven experience in administering QMS, preferably within the medical device or a highly regulated industry
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and risk management processes
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in eQMS platforms and document control systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
