Location: Hybrid in Egham - some site visits required, all in London but travel is expensed
DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Ideal Candidate
- Serve as the point of contact for all IT support requests and queries for clients
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers, smart phones, tablets, printers and network devices
- everything from Cloud solutions, share point,installing routers, cyber sec and telephony
- Pro-active operational monitoring check completed daily
- Willing to work late and weekends on an as needed basis
- Must have a desire and passion for continuous service improvement
- Must be mobile as will need to travel to client sites
