Our client, a successful and service-driven Independent Insurance Brokerage based near Sutton, is expanding its Commercial Broking Division and is actively seeking a talented Property Owners Account Handler to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own allocation of renewals from invitation through to re-broking and final placement
- Handle mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and general client queries
- Set up policies and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professional, timely support
- Broke policies to market via e-trade platforms - prior Acturis experience will be a major asset
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience handling Property Owners / Landlords insurance policies
- Strong working knowledge of Acturis or similar broking platform
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
