Property Owners Account Handler - Commercial Division Expansion

Salary to £40,000

Our client, a successful and service-driven Independent Insurance Brokerage based near Sutton, is expanding its Commercial Broking Division and is actively seeking a talented Property Owners Account Handler to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own allocation of renewals from invitation through to re-broking and final placement
  • Handle mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and general client queries
  • Set up policies and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professional, timely support
  • Broke policies to market via e-trade platforms - prior Acturis experience will be a major asset

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience handling Property Owners / Landlords insurance policies
  • Strong working knowledge of Acturis or similar broking platform
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
