This position requires someone who can provide clear, practical guidance to clients and work closely with a supportive team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates.
- Conducting due diligence, drafting, and preparing necessary legal documents.
- Identifying potential risks and providing solutions to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will be a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with solid experience in residential conveyancing. They should have a strong attention to detail, a client-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
