About the RoleThe successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
  • The grant, renewal, and termination of leases and related matters.
  • Secured lending transactions.
  • Conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions, and options.
  • Corporate support, including property strategy, due diligence, warranties, and indemnities.

This position also provides opportunities to assist in shaping property strategies for a variety of clients, with a strong focus on achieving their objectives while maintaining the highest standards of service.

  • Demonstrating sound knowledge and experience in a range of commercial property transactions.
