Technical Lighting Engineer - Surrey

£35,000 - £40,000 basic

Working closely with the Technical Manager at the UK Head Office you will be involved in a variety of tasks and responsibilities including providing technical assistance to the UK and International sales team and partners.

You will also assist the manager in photometric testing of products, compiling spec sheets as well as collating data and updating the website. As well as creating technical submittals and specification sheets you will be conducting lighting design calculations using dialux. Within this position, you will liaise with various departments and factories overseas to support production and logistics. You will receive full training and should be able to develop and maintain in depth knowledge of the products including their features, specifications and applications.

The ideal candidate will be an 'all rounder’ experienced in the lighting industry or from an electrical engineering background. You should be competent in Lighting Design, AutoCAD and ideally Adobe suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
