Job Description:

In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure the creation and distribution of high-quality, brand-aligned materials, while supporting both the Sales and Marketing teams with various promotional, sales, and administrative tasks. This is a marketing and commercial role, requiring you to balance creative marketing initiatives with business-focussed tasks that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships. You will also maintain key databases, manage agent relationships, and oversee marketing collateral distribution.

  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social panels, while supporting the delivery of promotional requests
  • Maintain and update trade and consumer databases within Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and the Reservations system
  • Oversee the management and updating of the .co.uk and .eu websites, including the Travel Agent Portal, ensuring all content is current and accurate
  • Coordinate the inventory and distribution of printed materials and branded merchandise for consistent availability
  • Assist the field Sales team and maintain relationships with travel agents and tour operators
  • Administer travel agent profiles in the booking system and oversee agent setup for the UK & EU online booking portal
  • Coordinate brochure distribution, manage rewards schemes, and drive sales through agents in alignment with marketing strategies
  • Support the Reservations team with reservations, and quotes, and assist with joint promotions, ship visits, and events
  • Identify personal development needs and propose actions to address them, in consultation with your manager
  • Contribute to team bonding and maintain a positive and flexible attitude
  • Propose improvements to systems, products, and working practices to enhance efficiency

Experience Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and general IT usage
  • Experience managing data across various platforms and software
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and apply logical reasoning
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on projects
  • Willingness to develop and improve skills continuously
  • Previous sales or marketing experience (trade or consumer-focused)
  • Personal travel experience and a genuine passion for travel, with the ability to share that enthusiasm confidently
  • English and Maths qualifications at GCSE Grade C/4 level or equivalent
