Oliver James are partnered with a highly regarded leader in the General Insurance industry, who are recruiting for a Compliance Advisor to join their office based in Surrey. For this role you will be required to work in the office 2 days a week.
You will be reporting directly into the Compliance Manager, where you will be supporting the wider team alongside 2 other advisors.

Main Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on all changes in industry regulation and laws.
- Provide timely up to date regulatory guidance to the wider business.
- Provide advice to the business on the challenges and changes to regulation.
- Participate in compliance training to management on how to approach changes.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain the compliance database and manage the mailbox.
Key Skills:
- Experience working within compliance advisory within insurance is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the FCA regulatory requirements.
- A strong ability to multitask and act as the point of contact for the wider team.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
