Our client, a leading Housing Association, is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their dynamic asset management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that really values their staff and gives them the chance to make real change.

The role:

You will be responsible for the delivery of servicing and compliance across the housing stock portfolio including:

Gas maintenance,

Fire alarm servicing,

Fire risk assessments,

Electrical maintenance.

Working closely with the repairs team to ensure that works are delivered within the required timescale, awareness of regulatory requirements is essential.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in delivering and managing statutory servicing and inspection regimes within the housing sector, including heating and electrical works.• Delivering and managing cyclical works and contracts.• Ability to produce specifications and ensure works are carried out to the required standard.• Aware of property legislation and standards relating to social housing• Can organise their own workload and provide regular updates on progress.• Good IT skills • Good communication skills
