M&E Quantity Surveyor

Role: M&E Quantity Surveyor - Surrey

This client is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services. They have a knowledge driven approach and pride themselves on their ability to train and progress from within. Their success has enabled them to become part of a renowned group allowing an exciting opportunity to further their success. Their specialty is delivering high end building management systems across multiple sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential projects typically worth between 1.5 - 7 million pound with a large amount of big project won for next year they have a key requirement for a M&E Quantity Surveyor.

Up to 50 -75k basic (dependent on experience) + Private healthcare + package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays

As the successful M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be:

• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be Estimating and quoting from bill of quantities
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be reviewing contracts and tenders
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be building cost plans
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be managing commercial aspects of on-going projects
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be handling document management and submission
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be working core hours of 08:00 - 17:00, located within Surrey
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to 50 -75k basic (dependent on experience) + Private healthcare + package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays

To be successful as the M&E Quantity Surveyor

• M&E Quantity Surveyor will be experienced in all areas mentioned
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will have experience working in both Domestic and Commercial high-end properties
• M&E Quantity Surveyor must have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will need a Full UK driving license
• M&E Quantity Surveyor will need a strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and commercial management
• up to 50 -75k basic (dependent on experience) + Private healthcare + package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays
