Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring cost control and budget management.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation, including cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts.
- Managing risk and identifying potential issues before they become problematic.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally for a Residential Developer or Main Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific applications.
