The Client

Our client 3aa rosette accreditted and continuing to push the boundaries in gastronomy by shortly welcoming a Michelin trained Chef Proprietor. As mentioned in the Michelin Guide they are a culinary gem in the heart of Surrey. Their award-winning restaurant is a celebration of fine dining, where excellence meets local elegance. The traditional pub interior was redesigned to still offer warmth and keep the original character and features for an exqisite dining environment. The recent re-design of the courtyard has a new menu and outside bar.

The Role
Our client are currently looking for the right candidate at etheir Restaurant Manager or General Manager level
An ideal candidate will be someone with a building career, hugely passionate in regards to great service and will work with the Owner to see opportunities and continue to push the restaurant from strength to strength in regards to local reputation. The client would also like any candidate to have a strength in wines - ideally to WSET level 2. A candidate that has worked in rosette level environments, good food based pubs, in a busy environment, and has had good level of training in their previous employment.
