Within a successful and collaborative commercial team, you'd be managing customer relationships (one Major Account and one or more Key Accounts) to drive top line sales growth and profitability, negotiating annual retailer agreements, developing the retailer business development partnership, and recommending related action plans.

Description
- Being the expert in Retailers' strategy and how they operate.
- Drafting and proposing the customer strategy in each retailer: building the retailers plan in liaison with the Sales Director, Category Manager and Marketing Team to draw up specific rationale and approaches based on targeted insight and data.
- Negotiation of annual agreements and joint business plans.
- Coordination and implementation of sales and promotional policy. Ensuring value for money and demonstrating return on investment of all promotional and shopper marketing activity.
- Protecting core product lines, launching additional core / NPD / Seasonal lines to grow volume and profitability.
- Managing existing and new / seasonal products range in conjunction with the Technical Department in order to fulfil retailers requirements within operational capabilities.
- Building strong relationships with retailers to manage retailer disputes and unlock new opportunities.
- Translating annual sales plans into operational plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
Profile
You'll be a S/NAM preferably within F&B with experience of manage and delivering top 4 customer plans.
Enjoy working in a flat structure where you have lots of visibility, scope and responsibility to deliver continued growth through strong Buyer relationships.
An understanding or experience in private label as well as brand would be advantageous.
Thrives in a fast paced, non red tape environment with entrepreneurial spirit.
Cross functional influencing - Marketing, Supply Chain through to Site Managers.
Hands on nature. With seasonal ranges, there are periods where cross functions join to deliver 'best in class' product ranges / service to the retailers.
