Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator vacancy in Croydon, Surrey
We seek an experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrator, or Vehicle Service Advisor with Kerridge experience, who likes to go the extra mile, to ensure customer satisfaction, for this delightful Service Centre in Croydon. They have a professional working environment, where each team member has opportunities to enhance their earning potential with Bonus and Career development, through training.
The Role
Working in an established Service Centre, the successful candidate will already have experience of managing the warranty, process, making and processing Warranty Claims. Working as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service.
The successful applicant will join their colleagues in a positive working environment, where they are rewarded for their skills, with opportunities to develop as a manufacturer trained Service Advisor.
The Salary
The salary is dependent upon the individual skillset, up to 30,000, with the additional opportunity to earn bonus, enhanced through ongoing training and development.
The Hours
8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (No weekends)
