We are looking for a Locum Social Worker to join the Adults Services team in Woking. If you’re passionate about making a difference, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ social care needs.
Develop and implement tailored care plans that promote independence and well-being.
Offer advice, guidance, and practical support to individuals and their families/carers.
Work with healthcare professionals, community agencies, and others to deliver integrated care.
Safeguard vulnerable adults by identifying and responding to signs of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
Advocate for clients' rights within the social care system.
Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and organisational standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification recognised by Social Work England.
Registered with SWE as a qualified Social Worker.
Strong knowledge of UK adult social care legislation and procedures.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to promoting social justice.
Proficient in IT systems used for case management and record-keeping.
