Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Fabric Engineer to join a leading FM provider. The contract you will be assigned to is a hospital in Surrey.
About the role of the Fabric Engineer:
- Respond to Building fabric and grounds emergency repairs as needed and assisting colleagues and the team where required.
- Preventative maintenance tasks on the below
- Doors and handles
- Lights and locks
- Grounds maintenance
- Floor and painting
- Fire alarm testing
Experience need for the role of the Fabric Engineer:
- Ideally experiencing hospital maintenance
- C & G or NVQ in either carpentry/joinery, wet trades, floor and wall finishes, tiling, plastering, roofing and grounds or other
What we offer the Fabric Engineer:
- Hours of work - Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm or 6am to 3pm
- 32k
- 25 days AL
- Pension
