We are seeking a temporary administrator to support our client based in Ledbury for a 3-month temporary project focused on COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) administration.Working Hours & Salary:
  • £11.72 per hour.
  • Monday - Friday 
  • Full-time: 37 hours per week preferred.
  • Part-time: Minimum 30 hours per week may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify COSHH sheets that need to be completed and determine their location (e.g., COSHH cabinets across the site).
  • Download relevant safety data sheets (SDS) from suppliers' websites to align with the chemicals/substances used.
  • Extract key information from SDSs and create accurate COSHH sheets.
  • Organise COSHH sheets in their respective cabinets and maintain an up-to-date index displayed on the cabinet exterior.
  • Update the master COSHH log on the shared drive to reflect the latest information.
  • Any other admin duites 
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
