HR Administrator

Office Working Full time 37 hours a week in Ledbury

Immediate Start

We are looking for a HR administrator who is available immediately to join our well-established client in Ledbury on a temp basis with the potential to become permanent. This role involves providing administration to the HR team, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

HR Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the HR manager to ensure day-to-day processes are completed to a high standard.
  • Liaising with candidates in the recruitment process and managing recruitment platforms.
  • Assisting with onboarding in new employees.
  • Managing the Time Management system to accurately log absence and holiday.
  • Supporting in administration of training and that all training is completed and up to date for employees.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.

HR Administrator - Skills & Requirements:

  • Competent across Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and working well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
