Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of practice experience and ideally be AAT Qualified or qualified by experience.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £40,000, with additional benefits such as flexible working options and 27 days of annual leave.

Exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join a modern and growing firm of accountants based in Horsforth, Leeds.This firm offers a wide range of services from tax, bookkeeping, management accounts and accounts preparation. This firm works with some specialist clients, giving you the opportunity to focus your skills and support clients throughout their growth. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Preparation and review of statutory year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Preparing Corporate Tax and Personal Tax returns.
Transferring clients on to Xero
Supporting a trainee accountant, helping them to progress and grow.
Liaising with clients when necessary and forming long-term relationships.

To qualify for this Accountant position, ideally you:

Will be AAT Qualified or qualified by experience.
Will have a minimum of 5+ years’ Practice experience in an accountancy firm, having worked as an Accountant.
Feel comfortable and confident contacting clients and building relationships and supporting junior members of the team.
