Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial statements and statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Reviewing accounts prepared by junior staff and providing guidance where needed
  • Managing client relationships and providing proactive business advice
  • Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors when required
  • Supporting the development of junior team members
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proactive approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service
