• Leading audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs, charities, and owner-managed businesses
• Managing audits from planning and fieldwork through to finalisation and reporting
• Reviewing the work of junior staff and providing support and guidance
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts under UK GAAP
• Building strong client relationships and being the main point of contact on-site
• Ensuring audit files are completed to high technical standards and delivered on time

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or close to completion)
• At least 3 years’ audit experience within UK accountancy practice
• Solid knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards (UK GAAP/FRS 102)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Experience using audit software and cloud-based platforms preferred
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
