- Leading audit engagements - Managing day-to-day fieldwork, coordinating with clients, and supervising junior staff on audit assignments
- Technical oversight - Reviewing workpapers, identifying accounting issues, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards and firm methodologies
- Client communication - Serving as the primary point of contact with client financial teams, conducting meetings, and requesting documentation
- Team management - Supervising, coaching, and developing junior auditors and audit assistants
