We are seeking a motivated and experienced Qualified Auditor to join our audit team based in Leeds. As either ACA or ACCA qualified, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving forward the audit and accounting processes for our clients. This position offers opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:• Project manage audit engagements, overseeing planning, fieldwork, and completion phases.• Liaise directly with senior client finance personnel, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.• Contribute actively to team direction and overall operations, potentially engaging in firm-wide projects and client advisory work.• Manage a portfolio of audit jobs, nurturing client relationships and supporting junior team members.

Requirements:• ACA or ACCA qualified.• Extensive audit experience including planning and completion stages.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Commercially astute with a client-focused approach.• Up-to-date technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.• Proven ability in staff management, training, and performance assessment.• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.• Proactive and collaborative team player, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
