Finance Officer - Leeds

Permanent - £30,000pa - £32,000pa

We are supporting a fantastic client based in Leeds looking for an experienced Finance Professional to join their newly developed Finance Team. This is a full-time permanent role and is offering hybrid working (2 days a week WFH). The role does require the first month to be office based whilst candidates settle in and get to grips with the role.

This role requires someone from a strong Finance Officer/Supervisor background with extensive knowledge and experience. Someone who can help support Junior Finance members of the team.

Salary is dependent on experience but ranging from £30,000pa - £32,000pa.

Responsibilities as a Finance Officer:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all finance-related queries.
  • Accurately maintain and update financial records, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Processing sales/purchase invoices, receipts, expenses and payments
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Raising invoices for monthly support services and projects.
  • Credit control and chasing debtors.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain financial files and spreadsheet records.

Requirements of the role:

  • Previously worked as a Finance Officer/Supervisor.
  • Strong Finance experience/knowledge.
  • Resilient and head strong.
