Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Interim Financial Accountant for a 6 month assignment to join one of Leeds fastest growing businesses over the last 3 years. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing, acquisitive, PE backed business that has further growth plans in place for 2024 and beyond and needs some immediate extra headcount to support this growth.
The Role
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, key duties of the Interim Financial Accountant will include:
- Taking full responsibility for all aspects of the Group's treasury function, including cash flow reporting, forecasting and liquidity management.
- Oversee the monthly group consolidation of international accounts
- Support the annual Group audit process
- Build and manage relationships with external advisors, banks and financial institutions.
- Support the Group Finance Director with the development of the group reporting pack and MI suite.
- Support the wider Finance team with ad hoc projects and analysis requests as required.
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role, we require candidates with the following:
- Immediately available and willing to commit to an interim assignment.
- Previous Contracting experience
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Strong technical, financial reporting background
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- IT literate, with strong excel skills a particular advantage
Renumeration
In return, the successful Interim Financial Accountant will receive the following:
- £300 per day
