- A CCAB recognised professional accountant qualification (part or fully qualified) - ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
- Recent relevant experience in a large, cross functional environment, using complex accounting and reporting systems.
- Excellent demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and to present financial information to non-specialists, both written and oral.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project; as well as the willingness and ability to learn how to use other bespoke IT systems
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude, and the ability to respond to a changing environment.
