Role responsibilities
- Leading complex and high-value tax advisory projects for a wide range of clients
- Acting as the senior point of contact for technical queries and specialist tax planning
- Building and managing long-term client relationships, offering commercial and strategic tax advice
- Supporting business development activity and helping to shape the direction of the firm’s tax services
- Providing mentoring and leadership to the wider tax team, contributing to their development and growth

Candidate requirements
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in UK tax, with a strong background in corporate or private client advisory
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex tax projects
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in building client relationships at a senior level
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
