Role responsibilities

• Acting as lead advisor on high-level tax issues, providing strategic advice to clients across a wide range of sectors
• Managing complex client queries, including corporate restructuring, succession planning and tax-efficient investment strategies
• Supporting the firm’s growth by identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the tax offering
• Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams as a subject matter expert
• Taking ownership of key relationships and contributing to the broader strategic development of the practice
• Mentoring and developing senior members of the tax team

Candidate requirements

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience in private client or corporate tax, with a focus on complex advisory work
• Proven track record of handling high-level tax queries and delivering commercially focused solutions
• Demonstrable experience in a leadership or partner-designate role within a professional services firm
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients at senior levels
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and a growth mindset
