Role Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, including complex and high-net-worth individuals
- Reviewing tax returns and other work prepared by junior team members
- Providing proactive and cost-effective tax advice that meets both client needs and regulatory requirements
- Assisting in training, coaching, and mentoring less experienced team members
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the personal tax team
- Conducting research and drafting private client and employment tax advice
- Liaising with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service
- Working closely with Senior Management and Partners to refine processes and improve efficiency

Candidate Requirements- CTA qualified or qualified by experience
- At least four years’ post-qualification experience in Personal Tax
- Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory work
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Excellent time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
- Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
- Exposure to tax advisory work (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of other taxes (beneficial but not required)
- £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
