We are searching for 2 experienced Administrators who can be available immediately and commit to an ongoing temporary role for a company on the outskirts of the city centre. Working in a busy team setting, the successful Administrators will be processing and checking documents and transferring information to a CRM system. The successful candidates will be available immediately and will be able to commit to this role for a minimum of 2 months, working 8-5 in this fully office based role, key duties will include;
- Managing the in-box for all applications
- Checking all documents
- Uploading to CRM
- General administration support.
This is a demanding role and the attention to detail is critical, the successful candidates must be;
- Available immediately
- Have 1-2 years administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
