NJR Recruitment are delighted to be once again recruiting for a well established company based on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for an experienced professional services administrator to join their expanding team.

Working across different departments, you will be providing day to day admin support and liaising with their high net worth and senior level clients. Duties will include:

  • Reception cover and client management
  • Operate the switchboard
  • Ensure the reception, meeting rooms, and training rooms run smoothly
  • Coordinate working lunches and refreshments
  • Dealing with the post
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing project work
  • Handle sensitive HR information and communicate payroll and benefits changes
  • Oversee employee benefits management
  • Support with graduate recruitment, including administrative tasks and record-keeping

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience as an administrator in a professional/regulated sector such as legal, financial, insurance etc is essential
  • Experience liaising with high level clients would be a huge benefit
  • Excellent communication skills, including written communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good use of computer software including Microsoft products
  • Strong academic background
