We’re currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a fantastic team based in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being the first point of contact for customers, and is keen to lend a hand with all things admin-related. Plus, if you’ve got a passion for charity work, this role might be the perfect fit for you—our client has a fantastic charity arm of the business that could really use your enthusiasm!

What you’ll do:

  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries with your customer-first attitude
  • Manage diaries and schedules to keep things running smoothly
  • Assist with basic admin tasks including filing, data entry, and customer support
  • Be a proactive team player who is prepared to support other team members

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, approachable attitude that makes clients and colleagues feel at ease
  • Good computer skills (email, MS Office, and other basic software)
  • Advanced communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Some CRM, marketing, or social media experience (this would be a bonus!)
  • A genuine interest in charity work would be a huge bonus!
