What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Credentialing Administrator to join our growing team.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Completing Due Diligence checks for new & existing clients to a high standard
  • Creation of accurate client credentials for access to TU products and services, ensuring client access matches contract details
  • Liaising with key stakeholders in relation to all stages of the on-boarding process, building strong relationships with these other departments
  • Managing the client termination process
  • Various ad hoc administrative tasks for both the wider Business Operations team and Sales.
  • Be a continuous champion for the organization
  • Perform against annual objectives

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst ensuring attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills demonstrated through ability to work under limited supervision
  • Must have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software such as Salesforce
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with different departments within the business
  • Previous experience working within an administrative role desired but not essential

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Use of own initiative to achieve goals are necessary for the success of the candidate
  • The individual must display business maturity and strong communication skills
