Job OverviewThis company are actively seeking a Documentation Specialist to support all aspects of client information requests. The role involves responding to requests for information, client questionnaires and bid documents, we don't need specific sector experience at all so this role would suit someone with strong documentation experience from any industry.

We can look a really varied backgrounds for this position, we could consider a graduate from a literacy type degree who have a keen eye for detail, or someone who has worked in formal documentation previously. There is a templated response to all requests to this role is really around examining large documents, discovering the key parameters and then formulating a response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client requirements and ensure accurate submissions using standard templates.
  • Identify risks and exceptions using established processes.
  • Maintain documents and client request response templates.
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities (where applicable).
  • Provide support to wider team, as and when necessary.

Core Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with users at all levels, including non-technical language.
  • Experience of reviewing different documents, including Contracts, RFI's, Policies, Handbooks and Questionnaires.
