The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales process. They will engage with customers, provide product information, and assist in maintaining accurate sales records while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update sales records and databases
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and meeting customer expectations
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales function
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role is preferred
