A leading international law firm is seeking a Legal PA to support a thriving Real Estate team in the Leeds city centre office. You will be providing efficient PA support to several stakeholders, contributing to the smooth running of the department.

Daily Duties

  • Attending Client/ Stakeholder meetings
  • Diary management, organising meetings, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Dealing with queries via email and telephone
  • Drafting correspondence, preparing presentations
  • Marketing and business development
  • Client liaison and client care.

Required Skills

  • Previous Experience as a PA
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
