A leading international law firm is seeking a Legal PA to support a thriving Real Estate team in the Leeds city centre office. You will be providing efficient PA support to several stakeholders, contributing to the smooth running of the department.
Daily Duties
- Attending Client/ Stakeholder meetings
- Diary management, organising meetings, arranging travel and accommodation
- Dealing with queries via email and telephone
- Drafting correspondence, preparing presentations
- Marketing and business development
- Client liaison and client care.
Required Skills
- Previous Experience as a PA
- Strong IT and communication skills.
