Our client is an established organisation looking for a proactive Administrator to join their team based in Leeds.

This is a permanent, part time role and will be contracted to 25 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 12.30pm.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Administrator who will be primarily responsible for appointment and rota administration duties.

The role:

  • Effectively managing appointment rotas.
  • Being the main point of contact for staff when calling in sick.
  • Contacting service users to rearrange appointments.
  • Providing administration support to the team.
  • Maintaining the file management system.
  • Collating activity reports.
  • Formatting and distributing the company newsletter.
  • Preparing, producing, reviewing, and circulating all documents required for meetings.
  • Developing and maintaining electronic systems and databases.

About you:

  • Must be confident with IT systems including MS Office and Office 365.
  • An excellent communicator, with great attention to detail.
  • Highly organised.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
