- Arranging the Care Act review meetings on behalf of the Social Worker, Provider and Service User.
- Collate and track KPI’s to ensure the team is on target

- Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to deal with sensitive and complex information

- Experience in using Adults and Health database recording systems
