Office Administrator

This will be to join a close-knit, well-established team and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company.

Job Type: Temp-permHours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

The Role:

  • To keep all spreadsheets and workbooks such as the whereabouts/Billing sheet/ Trackers/SharePoint etc updated.
  • To upload all paperwork for the billing sheet so jobs can be invoiced.
  • To deal with any invoicing queries and make sure these are rectified before billing cut off.
  • To create SLD’s & update trackers.
  • To add DFE’s for any jobs that are required.
  • To keep all spreadsheets and workbooks such as the whereabouts/Billing sheet/ Trackers/SharePoint etc updated.
  • To upload all paperwork for the billing sheet so jobs can be invoiced.
  • To deal with any invoicing queries and make sure these are rectified before billing cut off.
  • To create SLD’s & update trackers.

Essential skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work alone without constant direction
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • The ability to confidently engage with colleagues across all departments

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft programmes, including Excel.
  • Be confident working with numbers and formulas.

Qualifications

GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent.
