Job Title: Regional Administrator - North Yorkshire

Sapphire Vehicles Services Limited is a commercial vehicle fleet management company with a service provision packaged to offer a clearly defined portfolio of support services to both new and existing companies.

Currently operating 16 depotsthroughout the UK, Sapphire supports customers from a variety of industry’s with the day to day running of their commercial vehicles.

Key Accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Provide Administration holiday cover in the VMUs for their region.
  • Participation in the creation of Daily / Weekly Reports, be these internally or externally.
  • Liaise with the Regional Manager(s) and VMU Managers to provide VMU support where required.
  • Self-manage their diary with input from the Regional Manager(s)
  • Daily review of the WIP in their region to assist in reducing this within their region.
  • Review customer portals to capture any POs that may have gone un-noticed.
  • Provide admin training to either new or existing post holders as required.
  • Create weekly aged regional WIP reports gaining information where needed from their region for submission to the Regional Manager(s)
  • Monitor processes and procedures whilst on site at the VMUs and liaise with the VMU including the Regional Manager(s) where streamlining can be implemented.
  • Assist to resolve any accounts queries/issues within their region where applicable.
  • Close open jobs on customers portals by means of paperwork provided by 3rd party repair agents either directly for Sapphire or the customers themselves.
  • Review any customer queries, respond to such queries with regional managers input where applicable.
  • Monitor customer order numbers during month end period and close down the appropriate jobs where applicable.
  • To carry out the duties above in a manner that complies with the Health and Safety at Work legislation, which is to work safely and with due regard to health, safety and welfare of both self and any other employees in the Company and continue to maintain as effective and robust HSE environment at Sapphire Vehicle Services Limited.
  • Maybe required overnight stay covered by the company, along with meal allowance
  • Travel between Haydock, Sherburn-in-elmet, Favedale and East Kilbride.
  • To undertake any other duties within the Company that are requested to aid the performance of the business. These duties will not be of a greater or more complex nature and level of responsibility than those of the post holder, except with appropriate mutual agreement and necessary training.

Salary £35,700.00 per annum plus £500.00 per month car allowance, 45 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:00am to 16:30pm and/or 08:00am to 17@30pm.
