Independence Mobility, a leading retailer of mobility equipment, is expanding! We specialise in a wide range of products including wheelchairs, specialist seating, riser recliners, and trikes, and we are now looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive senior office administrator to support our operations.

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office administrator with a passion for accuracy and a ‘can-do’ attitude to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting both customers and colleagues with your administrative expertise. 

Key responsibilities but not limited to: 

  • Preparing quotations and processing orders with precision 
  • Producing accurate sales invoices 
  • Managing a workforce management system and scheduling calendar 
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and excellent customer service 
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and assessments 
  • Data entry and ensuring records are always up to date 

The ideal candidate

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy office environment and can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will bring: 

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced setting 
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities 
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
